That's because everything you buy at vladsgaminglair.com is backed by our 30-Day return policy! A game isn't what you wanted? You can return it. The system you bought as a gift for your child isn't the one they wanted? You can return it. Have a problem with an item? You can return it.

We do not cover the shipping cost of a return! Item must be returned and arrive to us before a refund will be sent out. (Note- Please include a tracking number to returns, in the case of a returned product gettinng lost we will provide a refund anyway if there is a tracking number.)

Shipping Policies Shipping Time - items will ship no later than the next business day. We ship Monday - Friday, holidays excluded.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Please consider any shipping or transit time offered to you only as an estimate.
