The system you bought as a gift for your child isn't the one they wanted? You can return it. Have a problem with an item? You can return it. We do not cover the cost of a return!

Shipping Policies Shipping Time - items will ship no later than the next business day. We ship Monday - Friday, holidays excluded. USPS orders also ship on Saturday.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Please consider any shipping or transit time offered to you only as an estimate. If you need an order by a certain date choose UPS overnight, or 2 day services. The budget or free shipping options can take 4-7 business days or longer.
